Highlight Zangief at the character selection screen. Now push Left(2), Down(2), Right(2), Up(2), Down(4), Left(2), Up(4), Right, Left, Down(4), Right(2), Up(4), Left(2), Down(4), Right, Down. Lilith will appear below War Machine. You can also finish three opponents with super moves and use all helpers for at least two rounds.
